We offer our services at a rate of $35 per half hour and $70 per hour. We do not charge for communication time over the phone or email, only for the work we perform. For example, if one of our clients, who we have trained to manage and maintain their own website, gets stuck or accidentally breaks something, we can often fix the issue within a 30-minute time frame. If a client requests additional features or enhancements to their website, we charge $70 per hour for this work.
Can I make changes to my website after it is launched?
Yes, you can make changes to your website after it is launched. We provide training and support to help our clients manage and update their own websites. If you prefer, we can also make changes to your website on your behalf for an additional fee.
